OUR FACILITY

In keeping with our corporate strategy of lowering vehicle costs to the client through the use of minimal facility operational costs and requirements, our Management team has selected a small but efficient manufacturing plant located within the Ajman Free Zone Port area of the United Arab Emirates. Within this facility we have all of the equipment required by our team of experts to produce between 15 and 20 vehicles per month without the need for expansive storage or unnecessary equipment which only leads to higher overhead costs being passed on to the consumer. Isotrex Manufacturing does not maintain an inventory of vehicles, but manufactures on a contract basis, thereby providing the client the quickest possible actual production time while ensuring that each vehicle produced is purpose built for the client's intended use, not some generic design passed on to the client in an effort to reduce inventory which must be retro-fit in order to meet their operational parameters and may not fully comply with their requirements as a result of this retro-fitting process.

Our company offices, located in the Ajman Free Zone Authority office towers, are kept minimalistic and stocked only with those items required to do the job at hand. You will not find any expensive artwork or unnecessary staff here as we at Isotrex Manufacturing and Armored Motors firmly believe that this makes for a more productive work environment by streamlining the corporate operational structure. We strive for quality in our products and efficiency in our administrative processes and are rewarded by producing high quality product which is truly affordable for our clients. We see no reason to make grand appearances at the expense of our clients.

With respect to security considerations, our manufacturing facility has been specifically selected to maintain a low profile. The structure has a simple brick exterior; non-descript and similar in appearance to every building in the surrounding area with no signage whatsoever identifying it from the outside; nor is it accessible by the general public as it is located within the secure gated area of the port authority and security sign ins are required for all visitors to the compound.

Additionally, all entrances to the actual facility are secured with steel doors and security lock protected. The facility is also fully alarmed with both motion sensors and magnetic breech alarms to prevent unauthorised entry at all times. Our offices are located in a gated security patrolled office tower complex which also falls under the protection of the Free Zone Authority security forces. In addition to this external and floor security, the offices are secured when not in use by security deadbolt locks. Computers within the office are password protected, with the most sensitive information being securely stored using biometric scanning.

Staffed by a fully trained and experienced multi-cultural workforce, and under the direction and supervision of an eclectic mix of Canadian and European specialists in the fields of armoured vehicle manufacturing and steel fabrication, our facility provides this group of highly-skilled professionals with all of the tools, materials and group experience input necessary to ensure success in their mission to produce the safest and finest-quality protective vehicles in the world, and all at fair market prices.

Isotrex Manufacturing was founded in 2005 by a dedicated armored vehicle manufacturing group of experts from Canada with over a decade of experience in the industry which we gained by working in both North America and the Middle Eastern region.

Convinced other clients were paying too much for unnecessary expenses incurred by the industry business model as it stood, they pursued a singular goal which was to manufacture armored protective vehicles which provide the best value for the highest quality without compromise.

Having drawn upon experiences, as well as consulting with our network of associates within the industry, we decided that clients would benefit from a scaled-down operation. Which focused intently on a smaller number of models, to dedicate as much focus as possible to every single vehicle. Our company's ultimate purpose would be clear and sufficient: to simplify the production to achieve the most efficient means possible while maintaining, and improving, the status quo of product quality within the industry of armored vehicles.
